Wedding Photography Styles Defined

TRADITIONAL
The meaning of Traditional photography stems from the years and years of weddings with a traditional Portrait Photographer. Organizing the Bridal Party, Family and Bride & Groom into more "posed" portraits, usually at the church or close by scenic locations. Photo services with Traditional style is more structured sessions, organized from one posed grouping to the next.

PHOTOJOUNALISTIC
The term was borrowed from newspapers that "Wedding Photojournalists" was phrased to describe a documentary approach to wedding photography focusing on real moments, instead of staged moments. A Photojournalist, instead of stopping the action to get their shot, they stay in the background and look for real interactions and emotions to tell the story of the day. Post event digital editing and B&W conversion of numerous images, will create a mood and style to match the entire event.

LIFE STYLE
We work together to deliver an unique style of photography, producing images which are relaxed and spontaneous. We believe that our photographs should capture not only the events of the day but also the feelings and emotions of the bride & groom, the wedding & recreating the complete story. Life Style photo services tend to take a little more time with the Bride & Groom (and sometimes the wedding party). Usually going to various locations for pre-shoots, prior to wedding service or after to capture some very unique images not available with Traditional or Photojournalistic style shooting. Some images are Artistically rendered by our staff to give each shot a unbelievable style of their own.
